Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?

Walk-ins are welcome whenever a barber is available. Appointments are recommended and receive priority, so booking ahead is the best way to lock in your preferred time. If we're busy, we'll offer you the earliest available time.

Can I book online?

Yes. Book online by choosing your service, barber and an available time — or ask our AI assistant and it will help you find one.

Can I get a same-day appointment?

Often yes, when availability allows. Check live availability for today's open times.

Can I book for more than one person?

Yes. You can book separate back-to-back appointments for multiple people, subject to availability, and we'll help you find consecutive times.

How far in advance can I book?

Standard appointments can be booked up to 14 days ahead. Recurring appointments can be scheduled up to a year ahead, subject to availability.

Do you offer recurring appointments?

Yes. You can set up a recurring appointment with your preferred barber and service for up to a year, subject to availability.

How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

You can cancel or reschedule at any time using our automated appointment service or the AI assistant. You'll verify your identity first, and we'll confirm the change with you.

Do you send appointment reminders?

Yes. We send automated text reminders before your appointment.

Do I need an account to book?

No. Booking your first appointment only requires your name and mobile number.

Our current pricing: Haircut — $40; Haircut & Beard — $55; Beard Line Up & Trim — $30.

Do you cut kids’ hair?

Yes, we cut kids' hair. Tell us their age and the style you'd like, and we'll help you pick the right service and barber.

Do you do fades and skin fades?

Yes. We offer fades, skin fades and a range of other haircut and grooming styles. Each barber’s profile lists the styles they specialize in.

Do you offer beard trims and grooming?

Yes. Take a look at our current services, and each barber’s profile shows the beard and grooming work they specialize in.

Can I choose a specific barber?

Absolutely. Pick a preferred barber when you book, or choose 'Any Barber Available'. If you're not sure who to book with, ask our AI assistant to match you using each barber's specialties and real availability.

Do you take bookings for special occasions?

Is there parking?

Yes, parking is available for our customers.

What happens if I'm running late?

If we can fit you in without delaying the next guest, we will. Otherwise we'll offer you the earliest available alternative. Please plan to arrive on time — there's no fixed late cut-off.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards.

Do you sell grooming products?

Yes — grooming products are available in store and through our online shop. Shipping is available across the United States, except Alaska and Hawaii.

Do you sell gift cards?

Not yet — we're planning to add gift cards in the future. Please check back with us soon.
